المسؤوليات والواجبات الرئيسية: وسيكون فريق المحاسبة في قلب النماذج الإبداعية ماليا التي سنبني ونطاق خلال العام المقبل. أداء الأنشطة المحاسبية الدورية. تنسيق واستكمال عمليات المراجعة المالية الدورية. صيانة وتوازن حسابات المجموعة. الإشراف على كفاءة المعاملات المالية في الشركة القابضة والشركات التابعة لها. العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارات الأخرى لتتبع نفقات المشروع. إجراء الحسابات الضريبية، وإرجاع الإيداعات، والالتزام الدفع والتقارير الضريبية. إدارة العلاقات والمعاملات مع مؤسسات التمويل. التنبؤ والتحليل ومراجعة الرواتب، والفواتير، ومراقبة المخزون. إدارة أنشطة التدفقات النقدية اليومية. متابعة جمع اليومي مع العملاء. ظروف العمل: ساعات العمل اليومية هي عادة من 9:00 حتي 06:00 تتألف من 8 ساعات يوميا مع استراحة 1 ساعة، الأحد - الخميس. وسيلزم العمل الإضافي عند الاقتضاء. في الداخل، مساحة العمل المشتركة. نادرا ما تستخدم عطلة نهاية الأسبوع إلا في الحالات التي هناك مواعيد نهائية للوفاء بها. معلومات اكثر: الموعد النهائي لتقديم الطلب: الأربعاء 21 مارس 2018 | Main Responsibilities and Duties: The accounting team will be at the heart of the financially creative models that we will build and scale over the coming year. Performance of periodical accounting activities. Coordination and completion of periodical financial audits. Maintenance and balancing of the group accounts. Supervising the efficiency of financial transactions in the holding company and its subsidiaries. Working closely with other departments to track project expenses. Conducting tax computations, returns filings, payment compliance and tax reporting. Relationship and transaction management with financing institutions. Forecasting, analyzing, and reviewing payroll, billing, and inventory control. Managing the day to day cash flow activities. Following up on the daily collection with the clients. Working Conditions: Daily working hours are typically from 9am – 6pm consisting of 8 hours per day with 1 hour break, Sundays - Thursdays. Overtime will be necessary when required.
