Attending Vendor Calls for Payments and inform Vendors to collect cheques.Collecting the local vendor invoices from Inventory Dept for payment.
Handling Bank Reconciliation.
Issuing of Petty Cash Reimbursement Cheques.
Preparing of Payments to local vendors based on Invoice Due list.
Processing payment for Rent etc.
Processing payment for utility (Telephone, Water, Electricity, etc).
Reconciliation of Supplier Accounts.
Review and post daily journal.
Sorting and filing of all the invoices and payment vouchers.
Verifying invoice non stock items for local procurement.
