يعد مؤثرات الحضور والإنصراف الخاصة بالعاملين فى الموقع و حساب الجزاءات والاضافى للسائقين وعاملين البوفيه ويرسلها لقطاع الموارد البشرية بالشركة لمراجعتها و صرفها .
يقوم بالتنسيق مع إدارة المخازن لمراقبة المخزون وعمل الجرد الدوري والمفاجي علي المخازن ومتابعة الدفاتر الخاصة بالمخازن وكروت الصنف والحركة المستندية للمخازن وإيصال تقارير المتابعة إلي الإدارة المالية .
