إعداد تقارير مراقبة التكاليف باستخدام إكسيل وفقا لوثيقة التكلفة وتحديد الانقسامات بين التكلفة المخطط لها والتكلفة الفعلية وأسباب ذلك إعداد تقديرات تكاليف المشروع والمصروفات الأخرى من خلال المناقشات مع القيادات الوظيفية في الوقت المناسب باستخدام هيكل التكاليف العامة، وهو مناسب لتتبع التكاليف في دورة حياة المشروع. مساعدة مخطط المشروع في إدخال تقدير التكاليف في خطط المشروع في بريمافيرا أو غيرها من أدوات إدارة المشاريع، حسب الاقتضاء. التواصل مع إدارة الحسابات لتوجيه النفقات العامة للشركة (التكاليف غير المباشرة) وفقا لنظام تخصيص النفقات العامة للشركة / الإجراءات. إنشاء تقارير التكلفة الأسبوعية والشهرية في الأشكال الجدولية والرسوم البيانية لكل مشروع في بريمافيرا أو غيرها من الأدوات، بما في ذلك ولكن لا تقتصر على "تقرير قيمة المكتسبة"، "خطة إنفاق مقابل الإنفاق الفعلي" الخ. مراجعة تقديرات تكاليف المشروع في نهاية كل فترة تقرير لتوليد "توقعات عند الاكتمال". تسهيل وتقديم المعلومات إلى إدارة الحسابات للفواتير المستحقة على التردد المطلوب أو المعالم المحددة سلفا دفع المشروع بحيث يمكن إصدار الفواتير للعملاء والحفاظ على سجل الفاتورة. الإشراف على تنفيذ إجراءات إدارة الجودة في إدارته والالتزام بتحديد الأهداف والتفاعل الإيجابي مع نتائج التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي الإشراف على تنفيذ إجراءات الصحة والسلامة وتنفيذ المتطلبات البيئية والتزام العاملين باستخدام معدات الوقاية وفقا لتحديد المخاطر في قسمه والتفاعل الإيجابي مع نتائج التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي | Preparation of cost control reports using Excel in accordance with cost document and identifying divisions between planned cost and actual cost and reasons of it Prepare project cost estimate of resources and other expenses through discussions with functional leaders in a timely manner using generic cost structure, which is suitable for cost tracking in the project life cycle. Assist Project Planner in entering the cost estimate in the project plans in Primavera or other Project Management tools, as required. Liaise with Accounts Department to charge company’s overheads (indirect costs) according to company’s overhead allocation system/procedures. Generate weekly and monthly cost reports in tabular and graphical formats for each project in Primavera or other tools, including but not limited to ‘Earned Value Report’, ‘Plan Spent versus Actual Spent’ etc. Revise project cost estimate at the end of every reporting period to generate ‘Forecast at Completion’. Facilitate and provide information to Accounts Department for accrued invoices at required frequency or predetermined project payment milestones so the invoices can be issued to the clients and maintain Invoice Register. Supervising the implementation of quality management procedures in his department and a commitment to setting goals and positive interaction with the results of internal and external audits Supervising the implementation of health and safety procedures and the implementation of environmental requirements and the commitment of workers using protective equipment in accordance with the hazard identification in his section and the positive interaction with the results of internal and external audits |
